For metal substrates in general, pretreat with suitable primers (acrylic, 2K epoxy, etc.). ABS, ABS-PC, rigid PVR, thermosetting resins: degreasing with suitable solvents. Zamak: tumbling followed by degreasing with solvents or appropriate pretreatment.
Comp. A: K.773 + Coloring Pastes 100 parts by weight Comp. B: CZ.678 (for plastics) 10 parts by weight CZ.711 (for metals) (1) 10 parts by weight Diluent: D.737 60 - 80 parts by weight Mix thoroughly until the color and consistency are uniform. (1) For applications on metal (Zamak), the addition of 3 percent Z.287 is recommended.
