FIELD OF APPLICATION:

Suitable for the protection of products and/or indoor objects made of brass, steel and silver. Can be used as a clear topcoat in industrial two-coat cycles.

PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE:

The substrate should be free of any kind of surface contaminants, (grease, traces of oxidation, residues of waxes or polishing pastes, residues of substances from galvanic baths, etc.) so it should be treated with appropriate cleaning methods.

PREPARATION OF THE PRODUCT:

Comp. A : 511.00050 100 parts by weight Thinner : D.525/D.535 40 - 50 parts by weight Compatible with electrostatic application systems. In special cases to eliminate distension defects, peel, bubble formation, add 3 -5% retardant 10063.

RECOATING:

After 10’ at A.T. (1) The product also dries at room temperature, however, to achieve the best possible chemical and adhesion strengths, we recommend baking in an oven at 70 to 80 °C for 30 minutes minimum.

Larger additions are also possible, however, we recommend preliminary testing of the suitability of the complete cycle before moving to industrial-scale production.
