FIELD OF APPLICATION:

Protective paint and glass decoration.

PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE:

The surface to be painted must be free of contaminants. Glass flaming where needed.

PREPARATION OF THE PRODUCT:

Comp. A : ACQ560 100 parts by weight Comp. B : CZW707 30 parts by weight Mix well for few minutes until smooth, preferably with mechanical stirrer Diluent: Demineralized water 20 - 25 parts by weight For applications on glass, add 1-2% of ZW250 or Z.287 adhesion promoter. Coloring: ACQ560 paint can be colored with our 50100M / ZW300 / DY80xxx (transparent colors) max. 20%. It is very important to mix the dyes with the paint at the time of catalysis in order to avoid possible precipitation of the dye. For matte colors, use our PW series water-based pastes (25% max.), to be mixed with ACQ560 before catalysis.

POT- LIFE at 20 °C

2 hours at 20 °C. The pot-life decreases at higher temperature

SAFETY REGULATIONS:

Strictly follow the instructions on the labeling and in the safety data sheet.

STORAGE CONDITIONS:

The storage room should be dry, not exposed to the sun and with a temperature between +10 °C and +30 °C. Always carefully close containers of CZW707 immediately after use. Once the package is opened, use within 5 days. It can react with atmospheric moisture.
