FIELD OF APPLICATION:

Fast-drying primer/bonding agent that enables the painting of plastic substrates. Especially suitable for Nylon (Grilamid), Cellulose Acetate, ABS, Polystyrene, Polycarbonate, PBT, Methylmethacrylate, Phenolic, PVC, PU. The primer also demonstrates excellent adhesion on metals, including aluminum and galvanized substrates.

PREPARATION OF THE SUBSTRATE:

Plastic materials: Tumbling (for eyewear), degreasing. Iron substrates: Remove any traces of rust and lubricants. Aluminum: Scour with scoth-bright and degrease.

PREPARATION OF THE PRODUCT:

The product is ready for use and does not require dilution It is possible to color the primer with our 50100M series of concentrated dyes at the rate of 5-10% referred to 100 parts of primer.
